As the CEO of Moja, Sophie has her hands pretty full running the business, leading the Moja team and setting the vision and direction of the company- but that doesn’t stop her from finding and pursuing opportunities at every corner.
Oh, and she’s also the Co-Founder of City Ladies Networking, the Chair of Smart Works Newcastle, a Founding Ambassador for Every Child Needs a Mentor, a proud mum, a supporter of Northern Power women, a multi award-winning business woman, and she’s even got an MBE for her services to Business and Education. Not bad, eh?
RACHAEL COOK
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Rachael is an organisational wizard and helps the business run like a well oiled machine. One thing you should know about Rachael is that she gets things done. When it comes to the delivery of client work, or anything operational at Moja, you can bet your bottom dollar that Rachael’s got it covered.
But, that’s not all there is to Rachael. She’s also an incredible leader, with an outstanding ability to help her team achieve their goals and a long list of problem-solving skills in her arsenal. Every credit, Rachael.

Meet Ava: our southern ray of sunshine.
An expert in communications, she’s the magician behind elevating our clients to star status—nabbing them awards, podcast spots, and coveted speaking gigs.
And heads up: if you hear foot-tapping beats or an endless stream of chatter, Ava's probably just around the corner!
LOTTIE STEELE
PODCAST AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Lottie is our in-house audio expert who will help ensure your podcasts sound out of this world.
From conception to completion, Lottie will be there with you 100% of the way, no matter how big or small the idea. An attentive listener, Lottie loves hearing peoples’ stories and bringing them to life through audio.
When Lottie’s not in the podcast studio she can be found running, hiking or occasionally dipping in the North Sea.
TONY CLARK
COPYWRITER
Tony is our in-house copywriter at Moja. He has both a lovely disposition and an equally lovely head of hair for a man of his age.
Tony has a background in writing funny, engaging and informative newsletters, articles, social media posts and other material for a range of different sectors. That experience gives him a plethora of skills and insights ideal for our diverse portfolio of clients.
When not writing things down, Tony likes to watch old, weird television and expose his sons to obscure sci-fi films from the early 70’s. He also does digital art for fun.
